Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a valid and binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and winmy18, an online betting and casino platform operating under international licensing.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only on the winmy18 platform. Holding more than one account — including accounts registered under another person's name — is a violation of these terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the winmy18 platform are subject to the set minimum limits. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions must use a payment method registered under the member's name only — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the payment method and the volume of requests at the time. This duration is an estimate only and may vary based on external factors such as bank processing times.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

The welcome bonus offered is 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus value before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, your account balance will be RM200 and you need to wager RM1,000 (RM100 × 10) before the bonus funds can be converted to cash.

The winmy18 VIP programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each offering different weekly cashback rates. Cashback is calculated based on your total wagers within a one-week period:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP tier advancement depends on consistent betting activity and the level of member engagement. winmy18 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional programme with reasonable notice.

Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the winmy18 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, mix parlay and esports — are subject to their respective game rules as outlined within the platform.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. Any completed game results cannot be modified or cancelled unless a significant technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical error, winmy18 reserves the right to void the rounds or bets involved and return the wagered amount to the member.

• Sports match results depend on the official data sources used by winmy18.
• Any bets accepted after an event has started are subject to the in-play policy in place.
• winmy18 reserves the right to reject, cancel or limit any bet deemed suspicious.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Fraud, identity falsification or use of another person's personal information without authorisation.
• Attempts to launder money through any transaction channel on the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or match scores.
• Exploitation of bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
• Attempts to access another member's account without authorisation.

Account Closure and Termination

Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the winmy18 customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered payment method.

winmy18 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is strong evidence or reasonable suspicion of misconduct, fraud or breach of terms.
• A member is found to have provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• An account is used for purposes that conflict with applicable laws.
• A member is unable to verify their identity or age when requested to do so.

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance and uncashed bonus funds will be forfeited. Real fund balances (original deposit money) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

winmy18 operates as an online entertainment platform and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity. Betting involves the risk of losing money and members act entirely on their own personal choice.

The winmy18 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, real-time data accuracy or the outcome of any game. Technical disruptions beyond our control — such as internet outages, third-party failures or power interruptions — are not subject to compensation claims.

In any circumstances, the maximum total liability of winmy18 to any member for any claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

winmy18 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time without requiring individual consent from each member. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or through their registered email at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

Continued use of the winmy18 platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you are advised to stop using the platform and contact customer support for account closure.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the international licensing legal framework under which winmy18 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through winmy18's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to an external body.
